1. Varicose Veins (नसों में सूजन) — सबसे common
क्या है: पैरों की नसों के एक-तरफा valves खराब होने से नसें फैल जाती हैं और सतह पर bulging, twisted, blue-purple दिखती हैं।
लक्षण: शाम तक भारीपन, एड़ी में सूजन, दर्द, खुजली, रात को cramps।
इलाज: EVLT Laser (₹45-95k), RFA (₹65k-1.1L), VenaSeal Glue (₹1.4-2.5L), या Foam Sclerotherapy।

2. Spider Veins (मकड़ी जैसी पतली नसें)
क्या है: 1-3 mm की पतली red/blue web-जैसी नसें — Varicose Veins की तरह bulging नहीं। ज़्यादातर cosmetic problem।
लक्षण: सिर्फ दिखती हैं, अक्सर कोई pain नहीं। कभी-कभार जलन या खुजली।
इलाज: Microsclerotherapy — small injection से 4-8 हफ्तों में disappear। 2-3 sessions चाहिए। ₹8,000-₹25,000 per session।

3. DVT — Deep Vein Thrombosis (खून का थक्का)
क्या है: Deep नसों में खून का थक्का बन जाना — most dangerous vein disease। थक्का टूटकर lung में जाए तो जानलेवा (Pulmonary Embolism)।
लक्षण: एक टांग में अचानक सूजन, गर्मी, लाली, severe दर्द। कभी-कभार सांस फूलना + सीने में दर्द।
इलाज: Urgent — Doppler confirm होते ही blood thinners (Apixaban, Rivaroxaban, Warfarin) 3-6 महीने। Severe cases में Catheter-Directed Thrombolysis (CDT) या IVC Filter।
तुरंत doctor से मिलें — यह emergency है।
4. Thrombophlebitis (नस में सूजन + clot)
क्या है: Superficial vein में clot + inflammation। एक varicose vein अचानक hard, red, गर्म, painful rope जैसी हो जाती है।
लक्षण: Localised pain, redness, warmth, hard cord-like feel।
इलाज: NSAIDs (Ibuprofen), warm compress, compression stockings, walking। 1-2 हफ्तों में acute episode resolves। फिर underlying varicose vein का definitive treatment ज़रूरी (recurrence prevention)।
5. Chronic Venous Insufficiency (CVI)
क्या है: Long-standing venous reflux disease — Varicose Veins का advanced stage। सालों से symptoms हैं और बढ़ रहे हैं।
लक्षण: Persistent leg pain, swelling, skin discoloration (brown/black patches), itching, eczema, और advanced में ulcers।
इलाज: EVLT/RFA/VenaSeal of refluxing vein + medical-grade compression stockings + skincare। Advanced stage में wound care भी।

6. Venous Leg Ulcer (पुराना घाव)
क्या है: एड़ी के पास खुला घाव जो 4-6 हफ्तों से ठीक नहीं हो रहा। Underlying cause: untreated varicose veins / venous reflux।

इलाज: Combined approach — EVLT/RFA of refluxing vein + multilayer compression bandages + advanced wound dressings + Iloprost या Pentoxifylline if needed। 12-16 हफ्तों में 80% heal हो जाते हैं।

7. Lipedema (पैरों में अजीब fat distribution)
क्या है: Symmetrical fat accumulation in legs (hips to ankles) जो diet/exercise से कम नहीं होता। Often confused with obesity या lymphedema।
लक्षण: दर्दनाक symmetrical leg fat, easy bruising, "column" shaped legs।
इलाज: Compression therapy, manual lymphatic drainage massage, low-inflammation diet। Advanced cases में tumescent liposuction। यह varicose vein से अलग है पर अक्सर साथ में होती है।
